Pre Mediation Process: Step by Step guide
Submit
Submit your application through our “Apply for Voluntary Mediation” page.
Acknowledgment
You will receive an acknowledgment of your application.
Assessment
We will assess your case to determine its suitability for mediation. If found suitable we will invite the Respondent for mediation. If found not suitable, we will update you on the outcome.
Scheduling
When both parties agree to attend mediation, we will schedule a session and inform you of the date, time and location.
