Refer a Case for Voluntary Mediation
Before you refer a case to the CMC for mediation, please take note of the following:
The Applicant (the person who is requesting for voluntary mediation) has given you permission to release their details to the CMC.
Voluntary mediation at the CMC is free.
Voluntary mediation can take place in-person or virtually, depending on the complexity of the case.
For in-person mediation, it can take place at MinLaw Services Centre at 45 Maxwell Road, The URA Centre (East Wing), #07-11, Singapore 069118.
For low complexity cases, we also offer mediation at satellite mediation locations.
Voluntary mediation takes place on weekday afternoons or Saturday mornings.
For Public Officers (Government Agencies):
Call the MinLaw Enquiry Line at 1800 2255 529* during office hours. (Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm; closed on weekends and public holidays).
For Non-Governmental Agencies or Organisations:
Call the MinLaw enquiry line at 1800 2255 529* during office hours (Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm; closed on weekends and public holidays).
