Apply for Voluntary Mediation

To apply for voluntary mediation, click here or call the MinLaw Enquiry Line at 1800 2255 529* during office hours.

Please take note of the following:

  1. You will need to provide the residential address of the Respondent.

  2. Mediation at the CMC is free.

  3. Mediation can take place in-person or virtually, depending on the complexity of the case.

  4. For in-person mediation, it can take place at MinLaw Services Centre at 45 Maxwell Road, The URA Centre (East Wing), #07-11, Singapore 069118.

  5. For low complexity cases, we also offer mediation at satellite mediation locations.

  6. Please note our mediation hours at the locations indicated below:

Mondays to Fridays: 2.00pm to 6.00pm
Saturdays: 9.00am to 1.00pm

Satellite Mediation Locations:
