Apply for Directed Remediation

Before you proceed, please check if you have met these criteria:

• You are facing a dispute with a neighbour regarding noise disturbance.

• You are residing in Tampines Town.

• You have attended a voluntary mediation at the CMC and it was concluded with a written settlement agreement.

• The issues that you mediated earlier have either resurfaced or the other party has breached one or more terms of the written settlement agreement.

• You have applied for voluntary remediation after 1 April 2025 but the Respondent has declined/failed to respond to the mediation invitation.
