Refering a Case to CMC
Disputes may also be referred to the CMC for voluntary mediation by the Singapore Police Force, HDB, Town Council, Members of Parliament, People’s Association or any other agency.
1) If you are a public officer from any government agency, please refer suitable cases to the CMC for voluntary mediation through one of the following modes:-
Call the Ministry of Law Enquiry Line at 6225 5529 during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays.)

2) If you are an officer from a non-governmental organisation or voluntary welfare organisation, please refer suitable cases to the CMC for voluntary mediation through one of the following modes:-
